Farm News-July 2010
Things have changed around here this year. I sold all of my Dwarf Nigerian goats. I now have three milk goats left. I have a full Alpine, full Lamancha and an Alpine/Lamancha mix, plus my Boer mix Buck for kids. I have 3 Llama left 2 Females and 1 male.
I now have quite a flock of poultry, consisting of Chickens, Turkeys, Guineas, Peacocks, and Quail. I use the eggs from the chickens, they are very tasty. I have more than one turkey for the Holidays this year.
I continue to make my Goat's Milk Soap. Sales have been slow this year, but seem to be picking up the last couple of months.
